Here at EZ Health, we strive to create a positive experience, that you can expect to see results with. We will work with you to develop an individualized plan to help manage your mental illness with evidence-based treatments. Simply answer a few questions, book and appointment, and connect via the phone or online to discuss a treatment plan for you.
The difference between the two is, therapy you will work with a certified and licensed therapist to discuss your personal challenges and develop new skills to move forward through life. However a therapist can not prescribe medication. Where as a Psychiatrist or Licensed Prescriber can prescribe the necessary medications to help you manage your mental illness. Both are beneficial in seeing results.
EZ Health is currently accepting the following Insurances: Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna Healthcare, Cigna Healthcare, Tri-Care, United Healthcare, and Humana Healthcare.
EZ Health is also accepting Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Card payments through Stripe Payment Processing, along with Zelle Cash App.
EZ Health believes that support for one’s Mental Health should be available to all, and offers cash payments based on a sliding scale of Earned Income. Please contact us for more information.

Currently, our hours of availability are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. GMT. You can simply click one of the buttons that says ” Let’s Get started” or Book an Appointment when after answering a few short questions, you will be directed to a calendar with available dates and times.
EZ Health currently has a 24-hour cancellation policy. To cancel an appointment reach out to us via phone, email, or chat to notify us of your cancellation within 24 hours. If you cancel within less than 24 hours you may be charged a cancellation fee, up to the full session cost.
With EZ Health, we want you to feel as comfortable as possible, which is why we strive to make the process as easy as we can. Before your appointment, you will receive an email from us with detailed instructions for your appointment with your online prescriber.
You have the option to either connect via phone or through skype, whichever you feel most comfortable with.
Then at your scheduled date and time, you will receive a phone, or video call, where we will greet you, ask a few questions to better know you, and suggest the best treatment plan to manage your mental illness.
Appointment Costs can vary, depending upon which form of payment you use, and if you have insurance coverage. If you are using your insurance benefits, you can call the customer service number on the back of your card to confirm your specific benefits.
You can ask, “What are my behavioral health benefits?” to find out how much you would pay for a therapy session.
EZ Health also has a sliding scale cash payment option available at the time of booking your appointment. Along with the option of paying by credit card or by using the Zelle Cash App. EZ Health currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Credit Cards. Just send us a message about your preferred payment option.
With EZ Health your safety, security and privacy are our top priorities. We use only HIPAA-compliant, encrypted software that is designed and tested to keep your personal data secure.
We follow the highest national standards for security and privacy for all clients and therapists.
Your EZ Health Video Tele-Psych sessions are NEVER recorded. Your personal data, medical information, and private communications are all hosted on HIPAA-compliant, SSL-encrypted servers.
